Estate Lawyer & Owner

Eric Katzman

Eric Katzman was born and raised in Windsor and lives in Essex County with his family.  He graduated from the University of Western Ontario – Honours Political Science program with distinction in 2010 and graduated from the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law in 2013.  The first few years of Eric’s legal career were spent working in injury litigation where contingency fees were standard.  Eric learned that billing a client after delivering a good result is better than asking for money up-front. Since then, Eric has handled will challenges, applications to remove estate trustees, applications to obtain vacant possession of estate property, contested appointments of estate trustees, contested power of attorney and estate trustee accounts, and several other estate dispute matters. Eric has also carried contentious and complex estate administration matters.

Eric ensures that whatever must be done to strengthen and advance a case will be done with as much speed as the court system will allow. Eric strives to find the most effective and efficient way to achieve his clients’ goals.
